"I started to go to Emma’s yoga sessions in 2019 before lockdown, as a complete novice they were perfect for me. Set at the right pace, with careful attention to individual needs and ability, I was soon hooked and slowly I became more supple and my aches and pains were gradually fading. The sessions are fun, relaxed and focused and always end with a few minutes of relaxation which have you floating, thoroughly chilled all the way home! I missed them during lockdown and I’m so happy that they have started up again and I can get back on my yoga journey with Emma!"

I began my yoga journey with Emma in 2019 during her training . It felt such a welcoming and inclusive class and I felt safe in the knowledge that Emma also had a nursing background as well as a renowned provider for her training .
Emma ensures she is aware of any injuries or conditions that may impact the yoga practise and explains every asana and gives modifications where necessary. I was still able to attend yoga with a broken wrist under Emma’s expert guidance.
I couldn’t wish for a better class to attend as sessions are planned in detail and Emma treats every student as an individual .

I had never been to a yoga class or did any regular physical exercise before joining Emma’s class. I joined a gym once but found it a bit intimidating!
Yoga with Emma is so different, it doesn’t matter if you are total novice or have practiced yoga before, the classes are so welcoming, inclusive and everyone is catered for. Emma demonstrates each posture and gives adaptations to ensure every student is included. She often tells us whilst balancing that wobbling is good (just as well as sometimes I am very good at that).
I was surprised how quickly my balance, flexibility and core strength has improved.
Emma always ends the class with a relaxation session which is lovely and I leave each class feeling refreshed and calm.
