About Emma
Emma qualified as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2020 after two years of study under the tuition of Rosemary Prema Bennett. Emma worked as a registered nurse for 18 years working in orthopaedics, general practice and respiratory care.

In Emma's words, yoga is like taking a deep breath in and feeling the release of any stress or tensions on the breath out. Emma sees yoga as a tool to bring the present back into focus, to relieve tension in the body and achieve good posture and better flexibility.

Emma's goal is to create a non-judgemental, uplifting and friendly yoga space for all.
